Surgical Workshops

Hands-on surgical training delivered across four continents since 2004.

Surgical Excellence

For more than two decades, NESA has organized practical, hands-on surgical workshops across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. These programs combine live surgical demonstrations, case-based learning, and expert lectures, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based surgical methods that have been re-evaluated and validated by the NESA.

Core procedures include Cesarean section (Misgav-Ladach method), the Ten Step Vaginal Hysterectomy, basic endoscopic surgery, all designed to reduce complications, shorten hospital stays, and lower healthcare costs. Delivered in close collaboration with ministries of health and local hospitals, NESA workshops have led to measurable improvements in surgical outcomes in several countries.

In recognition of this impact, NESA has recently been invited to join the WHO committee dedicated to improving Cesarean section techniques worldwide.
